hobbyDB welcomes Travis Parke as its new Customer Experience Manager
Travis Parke has just join the hobbyDB team as its new Customer Experience Manager.
“I’m excited about building and implementing scalable systems and processes as hobbyDB grows in order to offer a best-in-class user experience,” says Travis. Offering such a best-in-class user experience is two-fold. It starts with building a strong customer service foundation based on WOWing buyers and retaining sellers. From there, it’s all about creating data-driven feedback loops between hobbyDB users, wherever they interact with the business, and internal teams. Ultimately, this feedback can help hobbyDB expand the service offering based on what our users truly desire.
Travis met the hobbyDB team three years ago as an Associate for the Techstars Boulder program. From there he was with Sphero, a high-tech toy company based in Boulder which is not unknown to collectors, building out their customer support and data-driven feedback systems. He is now doing the same for hobbyDB. “As a pop culture lover I was infatuated with hobbyDB’s mission to document 100 billion collectibles.”
